Tiercel Technology is operated by Bruce Seeley of Cambridge, Ontario. Bruce is a former senior operations executive for a global technology company manufacturing high value and high volume components and sub-assemblies for the automotive, medical device and medical imaging markets. As well, Bruce previously managed several automotive parts manufacturing facilities for several companies including ITT Industries.
